20 Tips for Instant Happiness
OK, here it is. A list of 20 random things that will create instant happiness.
- 1. Look in the mirror and smile.
- 2. Pay someone a genuine compliment.
- 3. Think of everything you are grateful for.
- 4. Listen to your favourite song.
- 5. Watch a comedy movie/sitcom.
- 6 Meditate.
- 7. Sing.
- 8. Call a friend you haven't talked to in a while.
- 9. Exercise.
- 10. Volunteer for a good cause.
- 11. Help an old lady across the street (I know, very original)
- 12. Take your dog for a walk.
- 13. Dance.
- 14. Read a good book.
- 15. Visualize your perfect day.
- 16. Drink a cup of tea.
- 17. Meet up with some friends.
- 18. Donate unwanted stuff to charity.
- 19. Clean up your room (oddly enough, it does make you feel better)
- 20. Drink some fresh, organic vegetable juice.
