OK, here it is. A list of 20 random things that will create instant happiness.


  1. 1. Look in the mirror and smile.
  2. 2. Pay someone a genuine compliment.
  3. 3. Think of everything you are grateful for.
  4. 4. Listen to your favourite song.
  5. 5. Watch a comedy movie/sitcom.
  6. 6 Meditate.
  7. 7. Sing.
  8. 8. Call a friend you haven't talked to in a while.
  9. 9. Exercise.
  10. 10. Volunteer for a good cause.
  11. 11. Help an old lady across the street (I know, very original)
  12. 12. Take your dog for a walk.
  13. 13. Dance.
  14. 14. Read a good book.
  15. 15. Visualize your perfect day.
  16. 16. Drink a cup of tea.
  17. 17. Meet up with some friends.
  18. 18. Donate unwanted stuff to charity.
